Return & Exchange Policy

Returns:
You may return unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery for store credit or an exchange. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Exchanges:
If you need a different size or color, please reach out to support@clrmnd.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll guide you through the quick exchange process.
Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items like undergarments or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Refunds:
Refunds are processed once your return is received and inspected. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect on your original payment method.
